Applications close the first Friday of November each year. Please send to the Club Secretary. NO EMAIL APPLCATIONS
Members must apply to the designated person for recognition of points scored in any of the awards. The applications must reach the designated person by the set date. No late applications will be accepted.
This application is for a title completed by your Gundog between 1st Nov and 31st Oct. To be eligible to claim this award you must have been a financial member at the time of gaining the title.
